Great list D-Ro!!! Thanks for sharing. I’ve been using colloquay is my IRC client – pretty happy with it. Rumours are that adium is going to roll out irc support any time now. I’m surprised you don’t have Quicksilver on there (spotlight done right) and HandBrake (ripping dvds is easy!)
I have tried to use Quicksilver on more than one occasion but just couldn’t get into it. I pretty much launch everything from the Terminal. I have an alias for ‘open -A’. So I just type ‘o Safari’ to open it. I don’t rip dvds so I don’t use any of those apps.
